Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (natural dog treats), we do not accept returns once items have been delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at orders@doghomestore.co.uk.

We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All products are carefully checked and packed to ensure quality and safety.
